I really enjoy reading this type of experiment report, thanks Dalton. At this point how do you like the experience of such a structured workout regimen?

Personally, I'm usually not the most disciplined person when it comes to doing my own chess training but I tend to do work on a little bit of everything throughout a day/week. However, it has been nice having a specific, dedicated training plan for each day. I know what I need to do each day and don't need to question things. I'd say that it's been helpful for sure!
